2022 Montepulciano

Montepulciano is a red wine grape variety grown widely in the region where the DiGiorgio family has it’s origins. A wine that is driven by the intense fresh fruit characters that are derived from the Montepulciano variety and can be enjoyed as a drink on its own but is robust enough to go with the richest of main courses. This wine is an expression of the versatility of our region and the ambition and passion of our winemakers.

• 100% Limestone Coast
• Alc. 13%
• 12 Months in older French oak hogsheads 
• Medium bodied dry red
• Deep intense magenta
• Rich strawberry and cherry aromas with hints of spice
• Syrupy strawberries and rich red fruit are layered with black pepper. There are complex tannins that linger and coat the mouth with a long finish.
