Having grown up in Lucindale, Frank left home for sometime to attend school and university. After studying law at Hobart University, Frank and his new bride Margot moved briefly to Melbourne before returning to the Limestone Coast to start a law practice. When the family purchased the winery in 2002 Frank took over the running of it full time. Frank and Margot have two children, Nick and Jess, two grand children along with Golden Retriever Ollie. Frank loves to spend any spare time he can at the beach hitting the sand dunes in his converted 4 wheel drive followed by a beaut beach barby!

Katie, who was brought up near Penola, trained as a registered nurse in Adelaide before taking off to see the world for 4 years. She travelled extensively through Africa, UK , parts of South America and Europe before ending up in Turkey for several years running a pensione. Upon her return to Australia in 1999 Katie worked at Hollick Wines for 8 years, including managing their restaurant "Upstairs" for 5 years. Katie joined DiGiorgio Family Wines in January 2007, lives with her husband Ian in Penola and spends as much time as the boss allows on the golf course and walking her dog Indi. Katie has recently passed her WSET 3 course with a distinction.

Growing up all over Australia Vicki has lived in a lot of small towns as she had a Policeman for a dad. Now living in Struan with her partner Pete who is a truckie, they have a managerie of animals including dogs, horses and a turtle called Myrtle. Vicki joined the company in 2019 and brings a wealth of accounting experience.

Originally from the South East, Sandi moved to Adelaide at 18 to see what city life had to offer. After working in retail and manufacturing followed by 9 years in export and logistics in the wine industry Sandi and husband Troy have returned home to a house in the country to be closer to family and have space for their dogs. Sandi joined the team in February 2022 and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience.

Willy joined the team as Senior Winemaker in September, 2022 and brings with him a wealth of winemaking experience spanning over 38 years. Willy has honed his skills in many winemaking regions from the Adelaide Hills to the Willamette Valley in Oregon to the Yarra Valley. Growing up in rural South Australia Willy has always had a love of the land and a respect for how this is instrumental to wine regionality. Willy loves nothing more than a good surf to blow out the cobwebs and is quite partial to a glass or two of Pinot Noir.

Bryan has come to DiGiorgio from Rymill Coonawarra where he has worked for the past 10 years. Previous to that he worked for Southcorp/Penfolds in various roles at the Nuriootpa, Wynns and Rouge Homme sites. Bryan lives locally and grows his own olives and garden produce which he delivers to the staff regularly. His hobbies include gardening, cooking and all sport. His favourite Friday night tipple is the Sparkling Pinot Noir with a simple home made pizza.
