2016 Pinot Noir

Kongorong (an area south of Coonawarra) was selected as the region to source the fruit for our first ever Pinot Noir. This area is know for its cool ripening temperatures that ensure optimum flavour development. Made using a variety of fermentation techniques including natural, whole bunch and maceration. This wine will continue to develop over the next 5-10 years.

  • Medium bodied dry red
  • Rich ripe cherry with mushrooms and herbal notes
  • Complex palate of plums, black cherries, orange marmalade, five spice and earthy game
